Shipping Charges:
- Shipping is free for all domestic orders unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping for international orders is charged on an actual basis in the current situation. We shall inform the applicable charges before payment
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Your order will be despatched within 7 days of receiving the payment for your order. The average time of delivery of products takes about 7-10 days for domestic orders; and about 10-14 days for international orders. We ship via reputed logistics companies so that the package reaches you in shortest span of time and in good condition. However, if courier service is not available in your area then we ship via Speed Post. Considering the current situation and rather unusual times, delays occur due to restrictions though we strive at delivering the product to you within the estimated delivery timelines. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation mail regarding despatch of your order mentioning the tracking number and the name of delivery partner.
DELIVERY
- Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
- Orders are dispatched within a week upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
- Delivery is trackable
- The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
- Once the order is shipped, we will send you an intimation mail mentioning the tracking details and name of the courier company. You need to coordinate with the courier company in case you want the delivery of the product at a later date depending on your availability.
