Black Rosa Cotton Dress
Hansini Handblock Premium Cotton Saree with Blouse
Rajasthan is home to the age-old technique of hand block printing. It is one of the most admired arts in the region and continues to be a signature craft for exotic designs with vibrant colours.
The artisans use a technique by which wooden blocks carved with intricate details are covered with dye and pressed with hands along a length of cloth to create designs .Certain basic components like booti, jaal and bel constitute small patterns in a block print. Irregularity in designs of wood block in printing adds a unique charm to handmade fabrics.
However, these crafts are slowly withering and need to be brought back to life. We, at Magique, have done this with our promise to promote slow fashion which has the power to improve your life, your personality and the health of our planet.
Drape this diva like premium cotton saree and enjoy the handmade craftsmanship. Hansini is a luxurious and featherweight cotton saree with a running handblock blouse that ensures superior quality and sustainability! This top-notch handmade saree in pink and grey florals is the finest choice for the eco-conscious and fashion savvy.

Our Roots are Here

We are a brand based in Jodhpur and our soul belongs here in the Blue city of Rajasthan. Blue because all houses (located within the vicinity of Mehrangarh Fort) in this ancient city are coloured blue. The royal city of Jodhpur is nestled in the beautiful stretch of the sparkling Thar desert. Harsh climate, infertile terrain , dust storms , droughts , handpumps and tube wells is the way of life.
The imposing Umaid Bhawan Palace located here has hosted top celebrity weddings like that of Priyanka Chopra and Liz Hurley to name a few. In contrast to the grandeur of this most modern palace of the world , the city features one of the oldest bazaars (market) of India. Jodhpur has an old world charm and takes us back in time when one tends to forget the small artisans in the hustle bustle of the big cities. It is this community which has kept alive the customary practice of tie and dye (bandhej), shibori, lehariya and many more.
What intrigues you, inspires us - from the mirage and sand dunes to the organic dyes and hand block printing. Being a desert city, our men and women folk believe in attiring themselves in bright and vibrant colours - as a contrast to the barren land surrounding us. One can see our womenfolk look gorgeous in their striking ghaghra-choli, ivory bangles and silver kada as anklets. Not to be left behind the menfolk proudly displaying their Jodhpuri bandgalas, breeches and Jodhpuri safas (headgear) with exquisite jutis (footwear).
Drawing inspiration from here, our expertise is in the life-cycle of handmade product range, from the locally produced fabric to the finished good, for classy men and women The local growers of the fabric ensure that it is eco-friendly and soothing for the body, the artisans involved in dyeing and hand block printing using natural dyes, the sanitization process in the current circumstances for safety and to orient the customers to adorn these handmade products - the endeavor thus being to produce hand crafted , biodegradable and eco-friendly products.
