Refund policy

We preach Happy Shopping that is smooth and easy for you so we suggest you read through our terms and conditions prior to making purchases. A purchase once made indicates you have acknowledged, understood and hence have agreed to our terms & conditions. We love to get it right for you, every time you trust us with your purchase. At our end, our quality team ensures that we send you the product size and style as ordered by you.

Once a product has been sold, we follow an exchange policy wherein you exchange for a smaller or bigger size of the same clothing product. Kindly go through our detailed size chart given for each product before making the purchase.

However, in case the desired size is out of stock then you receive a credit note from Magique that can be used on Magique website within 30 days from the date of issue. The credit note will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of the product to be exchanged if it is eligible for exchange. The credit note needs to be used in one go and not in parts.

For any exchange or replacement, please write to us at care@themagique.com within 24 hours of delivery of the order.

Upon acknowledgement of your email, please dispatch the product to us with original packing and tags intact within 48 hours of this acknowledgement email. Since we do not have a reverse pickup facility, the product needs to be sent to us by the customer at their expense which is non-returnable. The cost of shipping to and from for the product to be exchanged is to be borne by you. Magique will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags intact with original packaging will be eligible for exchange.

All products that are on sale, discount, offer, bought with a coupon or gift voucher are not covered under exchange and there is no exchange in this case. We suggest you go through our detailed size chart before making the purchase.

Our customised or made to order product do not come under the purview of return and exchange. We suggest you share your exact garment measurements before confirming a custom-made order.

We strongly recommend you go through the pictures and product details before purchasing a product. Exchange is not accepted in case the customer does not like the feel, material or colour of the product. You can contact us at the numbers mentioned or write to us in case you want more details about the product.

Please bear in mind that these are handmade and handcrafted products and may involve slight variation in colour and print which is the hallmark of handmade and handblock printed products. This adds to the charm of each product making it unique and one of its kind. Slight colour variation is possible due to camera and light effect, as also your camera/ desktop colour setting.

Our quality team doubly checks and validates every product before dispatch. However, if you still receive a damaged product, please share a one shot unboxing video of the parcel opening with us.

The order will be exchanged or replaced only once per order if it is eligible for exchange as per our exchange policy. Magique’s decision remains undisputed and the customer agrees to abide by the decision.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation of an order

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

Magique endeavours to process and deliver the order at the earliest. However, due to unavoidable reasons we reserve the right to remove any product from the website at any time. In such cases, Magiques decision is final and we will not be liable to you or any third party for removal of any product from the website.

These will be exceptional cases only when we are unable to process an order. Some of the reasons could be :

Limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

In such cases, we shall refund the entire amount to you via online mode of transfer within 7 working days.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
